VCSEL laser is hot in the market, and Slitong is its core helper

The VCSEL base component consists of three parts: a top Bragg reflector (P-DBR), a resonant cavity, and a bottom N-DBR. Generally DBR consists of 20-40 pairs of films.
The thickness of the resonant cavity is generally about several micrometers. Compared with the gain length of the edge emitter, the gain length of the VCSEL active layer is extremely small (tens of nanometers). In order to achieve lasing, the DBR must have a high reflectivity. (generally greater than 99%). At the bottom of the device is typically a substrate made of GaAs.
Therefore, the VCSEL is a high-power new semiconductor laser, and its optimization of DBR to increase the output power has a problem of thermoelectric separation. Ceramic plate PCB and its output power is high, VCSEL chip also has the risk of too much internal stress during thermal expansion.
